- Kyoto London Nexus Costa Rica, S.R.L.: A Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada incorporated in Costa Rica, operating in strict compliance with Costa Rican laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations. This entity is authorized to receive funds from international retail and institutional clients, execute trades in foreign exchange (forex) and cryptocurrencies on their behalf, and participate in alternative investments such as exchange-traded funds (ETFs), stocks, and real estate investment trusts (REITs), all in conformity with applicable legal frameworks. It is not classified as a financial entity under the supervision of the Superintendencia General de Entidades Financieras (SUGEF) or the Superintendencia General de Valores (SUGEVAL), as its operations are directed solely toward international clients and do not involve securities trading within Costa Rica.
- Kyoto London Nexus Vietnam Holdings Company Limited: A limited liability company registered in Vietnam under the laws of Vietnam, with registration number 0318942877, dated May 9, 2025. Registered for consulting, management, market activities, and as a special purpose vehicle (SPV), it operates as a holding company managing investments and business interests in compliance with Vietnamese law. Its head office is located at Floor 46, Bitexco Tower, No. 02 Hai Trieu, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The company has a local CEO and directors, operates independently, and does not share funds, balance sheets, or liabilities with other Kyoto-London Nexus entities. It is authorized to take business loans from local Vietnamese investors, offering interest payments only, and to invest in local Vietnamese businesses by acquiring shares, but it does not accept client funds, provide financial services, or engage in trading activities.
